Born to Live’s goal is to empower students with the tools they need to succeed. We don’t just help them get an education; we also provide job orientation programs to help them compete and succeed in the larger world.
Our students come from remote communities and often lack access to coaching, study materials, and the know-how to compete effectively. To address this, we provide post-secondary, and college students with crucial coaching and study materials to help them excel in competitive exams for higher education and employment.
We support the Sahayika nursing program, a powerful initiative for women’s empowerment. This program provides a new lease on life for marginalized and often abused women.
We have collaborated with Ramkrishna Sarada Mission Matri Bhavan in Kolkata, to sponsor students in the Nurse’s assistant vocational training program. It is a two year residential program for women. The program provides skill development and vocational training. They empower women to become self-sufficient, lead dignified lives, and gain economic independence. We are currently sponsoring 10 students. You can sponsor a student for the Nurse’s assistant vocational training program by donating $1,500 per year.
